What you need to know about TrACK Mentoring & Consulting.

TrACK was formed in January 2021 with a dual purpose and two key strategic aims.

Firstly, TrACK was formed to provide direct one-to-one mentoring to individuals at important times in their careers. To help people ‘track’ their own development needs and to get clarity around their futures and the decisions they make to realise their potential and aspirations in a highly nurturing and collaborative way. This builds on the numerous mutually rewarding mentoring relationships that Tim has had, and continues to have, with mentees from around the globe. This is equally beneficial to those organisations who want to invest in their top talent by supporting the development needs and growth of their key and valued employees.

Secondly, TrACK aims to provide consultancy support and advice to organisations operating in or around the London insurance market(s) who want to access Tim’s broad experience, knowledge, and networks in those areas where he has proven experience and has “been there, done that, got the T-shirt”. To help them with their planning and execution, whether they are new entrants looking for a foothold, or existing firms or operations embarking on change initiatives, or looking to redesign their operations in some way. To help organisations validate their own ideas, assumptions and plans and ensuring that the requirements have been captured. To act as a sounding board and to work with them collaboratively to determine “what good looks like” and to then stay ‘on track’.

With 40 years spent working in the specialist London market (re)insurance industry, Tim has gained significant experience and knowledge. As you would expect, he has built a large network of contacts across the market that he can readily access. As an independent consultant, Tim is available to support your initiatives, projects or your ‘business as usual’ operations.
