With 40 years spent working in the specialist London market (re)insurance industry Tim has gained significant experience and knowledge. As you would expect, he has built a large network of contacts across the market that he can readily access . As an independent consultant Tim is available to support your initiatives, projects or your ‘business as usual’ operations.

This is highly flexible and there is any number of ways you can access Tim for your needs.  He can be engaged either for one-off matters, or ongoing involvement in your business and its operations, or projects.

Here are a few examples of the sorts of services TrACK can provide:

  • Telephone consultations

  • Join a brainstorming session, or workshop you are holding

  • Become a member of any think-tank you might have set-up

  • Join a Steering Group or support you with governance

  • Help with business development issues and access his network on your behalf where appropriate

  • Independent review of your business plans or project plans

  • Help you source attendees for any thought leadership events you might be running and help you to set these up

  • Support your Target Operating Model / Organisation Design changes

  • Integration issues following, or during, any merger or acquisition activity

  • Provide advice on any ‘offshoring’ initiatives, be that transitioning work, setting up an in-house service centre(s) or looking to partner with BPO providers

  • Longer-term and ongoing project support

To manage expectations and avoid any mismatches, Tim is not offering stand-alone Programme Management (PMO) capabilities, nor is he a Project Manager.  He is not looking for ‘contract work’, or temporary employment of any sort.

Pricing

 

This can be negotiated directly with Tim on a case-by-case basis and will vary depending on what is required and the duration. As you would expect, he is happy to discuss what works best for you including agreeing to:

  • An hourly rate

  • A day rate

  • A one-off fee

  • A retainer

  • Commission

All services are provided by TrACK.  Any arrangements made, and payments due will be contracted between you and TrACK Mentoring and Consulting LTD. Standard payment terms are at 30 days from the invoice date.
